Archon Hospitality K.K. was established in January 2003, amidst a climate of active real estate investment and revitalization of hotel operations in the Asia/Pacific region with a focus on Japan. In addition to management of hotel properties as financial assets, we recognize the need to maximize value by supporting operational environments that attract talented staff.
With Japan as its main base of operations, Archon Hospitality has become a key player in numerous projects in the Asia/Pacific region. The team of hotel management experts assembled by Chief Operating Officer Ernesto A'de Lima has developed a successful management support program in response to various market conditions, making Archon Hospitality a driving force behind the growth of the Goldman Sachs Group hotel business.

The ability to provide strategic, tailored support to meet specific needs and market environments ranging from city-center and business hotels to resort properties is what sets Archon Hospitality apart, and we are working to actively expand our sphere of influence into the Asia/Pacific region beyond Japan. Aiming to further raise the quality of hospitality at group hotels, we are organizing General Manager Meetings and various workshops on a regular basis. Targeting maximum value in both facilities and service, our mission is to focus on the unique strengths of each hotel, achieving efficient management and operations and establishing our properties as examples of excellence in their own markets.
